Argh, it's horribly out of tune, it almost makes me want to alt+f4, but I hope it's only the intro. No offensive; but this really sounds crap (in my ears)
00:29 - 1:08
Okay, so finally your chords start playing some good tunes, and when the beat/percussion/bass comes in it actually sounds quite nice.
Maybe EQ the hihats a little bit, cuz they sound really sharp and high pitched.
The kick's got a good punch to it and the bass sounds nice, although it's a generic offbeat bass you here all the time.
1:09 - 1:37
A nice high square sound comes in (the melody?). Got nothing to say about it, it's pretty darn nice :)

Way to short to just leave it out like that. It just made the track feel better and then it somehow stops... bah

Oh shit, those out-of-tunes filtered chords again.. it really doesnt suit the track.

Yay, the melody pops back in :) nice.
Again, I think it's a little bit to short

Basic outro from here, yay

Overall it has a good sound.
To bad you put those chords in at the beginning and halfway; it ruines it :(

oh yeah! It's on a Youtube video called 'Nice Melodies' from SoneeX.. and he said that they were midi-files..
Create your own lead in the future, plz.. dont use someone's other shizzle.
And also some other things:
- Your snare gets way to overused.
- Maybe add some off-beat hihat to it? It may make the song sound more energized.
- And the song is waaay to repetitive.. add some other things to it except only a melody that you stole off of Youtube.

Overall, it's an average song to my ears.. Don't know how this got over-all 2nd on NG, oh well..
